I'd say he shows remarkable range and equally good - but him being so dang good at serious roles surprised me. The juxtaposition flavors the performance.

I want to see another comedic genius take on a serious role -- Andy Sandberg. I've been into watching his sitcom, Brooklyn 99, and he has poignant moments that speak to some seriously good acting chops.
