Writing, Productivity
This is How Short Form Makes Me Write Better
And helps me be more productive
I’ve jumped on the short-form writing train, and I don’t plan to exit any time soon. Since beginning this practice, I’ve written long pieces more frequently and with less frustration. It also gives me a much-needed break from my emotionally charged compositions.
Writing Regularly
Without the daunting task of writing a full-length article, I’ve been able to write every day since I began writing short-form pieces. I can express condensed ideas that would be overwhelming in a longer story and share interesting things I find while researching.
Writing is Fun Again
Recently, there were times I dreaded writing. My determination to write often was turning me against my favorite pastime.
Short-form solved this for me. Writing is exciting again. I look forward to creating every day!
Ideas, Ideas, Ideas!
Writer’s block is a thing of the past. It turns out that I always have a little something to say. The short-form I write today will undoubtedly be expanded in a longer piece later. In the meantime, I can let my concept breathe and absorb feedback.
